Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. FIFTH: FACEBOOK
The Bungee Jumping page uses so-called Social Plugins (“Plugins”) from the social network facebook.com, operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). The so-called Plugins have been marked with a Facebook logo and/or with the addition “Like” or “Share”. If you access a page within our site that has one of these plugins, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Facebook server. The content of the Plugin is then transmitted directly from Facebook to your browser and from there linked to the website. Throughout the connection of these Plugins, Facebook receives the information that you have requested a specific page from our website. If you are registered on Facebook, it can assign your visit to your Facebook account even if the Plugin is not clicked. When you interact with the Plugins, for example by clicking the “Like” button, or if you post a comment, your browser also sends the information directly to Facebook, where it is stored. Please refer to Facebook’s data protection guidelines for the purpose and extent of data recording and other uses of data by Facebook, as well as your rights and options for adjusting this in order to protect your privacy. If you do not want Facebook to collect your personal information through our site, you should unsubscribe from Facebook before visiting our site.

SIXTH: REMARKETING WITH GOOGLE ADWORDS
Bungee Jumping uses the Google Adwords remarketing tool. This tool allows the publication of advertisements in the Google Content Network based on previous user visits at our website. For this purpose, some of the pages of our web include a code called “remarketing tag”. These tags allow to read and configure your browser’s cookies in order to determine the type of specific ad that will be shown to the user, based on elements related to her/his visit to our website, such as, for example, the navigation circuit chosen, the specific pages visited or the actions carried out on them.

The remarketing lists created in that way are stored in a database on Google’s servers, where all the cookie IDs associated with each list or category of interest are stored. The information obtained only allows to identify a specific browser, and Google cannot identify the specific user with this information alone.
Regarding to Bungee Jumping, this information can only be associated to a specific user in case that this user is identified in the web, for example because he has completed a purchase process. In this case, the data obtained in this way will be incorporated to a file of Bungee Jumping for commercial prospecting and segmentation purposes of the users of the web to design commercial campaigns according to the interest shown during the navigation. The user will be able to execute his access, rectification, cancellation and opposition rights.

The user has the option to  not receive cookies or to be informed about their setting by configuring his browser for this purpose.
